What should I buy now?

I have 51 dollars and I want to get something for my quad but undecided on what to get, heres what im thinking, keihin jet kit (from jetsrus.com), and a outerwear, then i can remove my airbox lid and rejet and i'll feel safer with the outerwear on my filter. Should I do this?
