Help with headlights??

Does anyone know if the stock stator on an 04 YFZ450 will power 55W headlights without any ill effects? The dealer said that the output of the stator was 170W at 5000 rpm, so that should be plenty. I just wanted to check and see if anyone had run higher wattage without any problems. The electrical systems on these 04s is so finicky, I don't want to take any chances of burning up the stator.

I have a set of the 50 watt Trail Tech lights that I added to my Raptor before going to Dumont for the weekend. Rode for 4 days without a problem. The extra light made a huge difference for night runs through the dunes.
