My son has a 1994, 300ex that I just bought a 15t sprocket for "BUT" it will not fit. Well it goes on, but the chain "D.I.D X" will not clear the case? Do I have to use a smaller chain or will the case need to be machined? OR? Also does anyone know where to get 34 or 35 teeth sprockets for the rear, online?
Thanks Matt

the case saver hits? or does the chain hit the case? i say loose the 15t and go with a 14t and change the rear sprocket.
check renthal for the rear sprockets...

It hits the case, there is no way it would clear the chain guide. The smallest I've seen that Renthal has is 36... "at least the places I've shopped thats as low as thaey carry".
Thanks Matt

i have 13/36 set on mine..it's got good top end..If you're gonna change the front go with a 14t..it'll give you goot torque with the stock rear 38t..
