These are "REFURBISHED/BLEMISHED" levers from ASV. But reserve judgment for a minute and read on, you'll be glad you did.
A few weeks ago I bought a single "REFURBISHED/BLEMISHED" F3 Pro model for myself, assuming there would be blemishes or scratches. This lever literally looks perfect! I don't know what caused it to be sold as refurbished or blemished but I can not find a reason. These levers all carry their warranty from ASV and are guaranteed to work as new. I picked up a handful of these levers and personally looked over each one.
After getting enough of these I have come to find some of the "Blemishes." I have only seen 2 different issues so far. First there are some that have freckles where the anodized color didn't take, so you see silver spots on the anodized surface. These spots are very minimal and so far are only visible inside of about 2-3 feet. Second, I have seen where when they printed ASV on the lever it was double printed and off by literally only a 1/16 of an inch, basically looks like the ASV has a very light shadow. Only noticeable inside of a foot.
