well to make a long story short someone has been stealing crap and vandalizing around my neighborhood. I saw a shady car and fallowed them down my road. I got the license plate number and i need ot know who the person is but everything cost money online. Any help would be appreciated.

yes logical. I just want to know for myself incase it's someone at school who i can deal with. I'm not looking to slash any tires or beat someone up. I just want to know if it's someone who has a problem with me or my family so we can clear things up.
