Race style seat latch???

What is the purpose of the race style seat latch?? Is it better then the stock one, what are the pro's and con's.

the honda style seat latch has been know to come undone after many years of wear and sometimes under racing conditions. The racing style as you call them provides a more secure latch. they use cotter pins to latch the seat down to ensure it will not come off.

pro's: seat wont come off, secure fit.

con's: it takes a few seconds more to remove the seat, you have to modify your seat pan in order to use them.
