i was just wondering if u guys use the 13 tooth front sprocket on you quads with 18 inchers on the back for mx. i was thinking about doing it because i never hit 5th gear on the track in on and would like some more acceleration. thanks

For the cost of the front sprocket you would be better off buying one and trying it to see for yourself if you like it or not. I prefer not to, only because the motor is plenty strong enough to pull stock gearing and you will shift less often. With the smaller sprocket on the front I tired myself out more easily from shifting so much.

I run a 13t with 18's. Works great on the tight track I ride.

yeah the track i ride on is mostly 2-3-4 gears. so i just thougth i would bee better of going to a 13t front fith getting more power to the ground

Try it and see how you like it.
