alright well after we burned off the old tires (me and my mom haha) she took the truck to costco to get the new tires put on!. I HIGHLY recommend this cause you get free flat repair, free tire rotation, and free blancing!! for the LIFE of the tire!! you can order pretty much any tire threw em too! lol anyway no wthat we have it home we both agree we shoudl'v gone bigger. The tires are Bfgoodrich Mud terrains. they are the stock size and since i dont know the stock tire size for a 2001 Ford Excursion i couldn't tell ya. I cant wait till i get this brace off and can test em out off-road. they have alittle "hum" but not that bad for such a heavy truck. They seem like they have great grip. my mom's exact words were "they feel like suction cups on the road" :huh :p

i took these right at 12:00 so its way to bright to take good pictures, i'll take some more when the sun starts to go down, enjoy.....

and this is what happens when a 1,000lb run-away horse decides to us your truck as a scratching post and then kicks it (gotta love insurance)

the "big" dent is from the horse's a**, and where the paint is scratched is from the kick

it got dark to early... oops!!:ermm: lol

if you'v drivin a F350, its one of those with no bed. it rides like a truck nothing car like about it haha. It has 86,000 miles on it so its well used. its the main hauler for the trailers ect. the V-10 can still burn rubber at any stop light too...

problem is gas milage, 12 on a good day, 7-8 when your racin people on the high way  its so funny to look at the ricer's face when they get beat by a MASSIVE SUV

i liek those those tires. It what me and my friends all run on our jeeps. They work good on the road while get great grip in the mud and dirt. they don't get grip so good in he snow, but they throw the snow away easily instead of packing it down so u get grip once they hit the ground. Not that you ave to worry about the snow much down there. I think its a syndrome to want to go bigger. After everyone buys mud dtires they always say "shoulda gone bigger." then after hey go bigger, they gotta lift the rig up. Then there's more room so they go bigger etc etc...

Gotta love the Excursions. I finally convinced my dad to get exhaust work, K+N and a computer chip in our diesel. Its a beast. They will go pretty much anyweare you take em. Except for rocks. Dirt hills...... no problem. Could use some stiffer suspension tho. I heard those mud terrains dont wear to good?
