drag times

ive never run in the 1/4 mile, we have a 1/8 mile track in mobile. I am trying to get some people to post some times also. Usually a stock 400ex will run mid to upper 9's in the 1/8, 450r will run low to mid 9's. The latest dragger i built was a 400ex +8 swingarm with mickey thompson slicks, stock stroke and bottom end, stock bore size,397cc, and of course my custom porting and valve griinding. It went a 7.42@87 on motor and a 6.97@90 on nitrous.

not bad....i dont know about the 1/8th mile but i have seen quads like mine run in the 1/4 and my shees would run a 14-13....with flywhel md, pipes, carbs, filters, ported (full drag), 20 in tires, 16/41 gearing advanced timing, v force reeds....and it tops out about 90 mph

I run 6.69 on 200ft dirt drag races that I go to.

friend of mine ran a constant 14.6 in the quarter with a stock 04 450r

thats slow....i run 5.6's in 300ft

I was thinking the same thing. The last blaster we built, I got 5.7 with. But I only ran twice, Im sure I could habe did better if I ran more.

Im pretty sure that was what it was maybe Im wrong it was like 2 years ago. I was beatin all kinds of people maybe it was 400 ft. We need to get together and race. Are you all talking about elapsed time? Theres no way im that slow

Yeh that is kinda slow..well really slow for 200ft. I guess thats about right for 300ft...idk tho

i did dirt drags only ONCE on my 450r when it only had the HRC kit and got a 5.5 in 300ft
