everyone is right, build it as big as your budget allows. I have a 30x40 and a 25x25 packed full. you will always find something else you want to go inside. I have the 30x40 with upstairs storage and it is crowded with lots of tool boxes and equipment, of course my fathers 68 camaro drag car is taking up the better part of one of the two bays.
