The afternoon race field! Ballance led from wire to wire. I you were one of the lucky ones to nab a holeshot, you had a real good chance of a class win!

Congrats to Team QuadShop/EXRiders Brent and Adam Howell for another well deserved 1-2 finish in the 4-Stroke Class. Also to Team QuadShops Dave Macarroll for another Sport class win. My hats off to everyone that went out and braved this brutal race.

Now if I can only get rid of all these dust boogers!:huh

jeff...i didnt see the hillclimbs or decents...but are the ones on that course similiar to other gncc races? they sure felt steep!!! i geuss it was a good thing i couldnt see them ..i may have had second thoughts:eek:

Those hills were nothing compared to a hill or two at the Ironman race. They were a little tricky though because you didnt even know you were going down a hill till you were halfway down it. How did everybody from EXriders do in their class this past weekend?
Jeff- I saw you had bad luck on your holeshot, I felt horrible for you. You'd rather be racing another mud race then that wouldnt you?

On my second lap my air filter was so clogged that my R didn't have the power to make it up. I had to pull over and pull my outerwears filter cover off to get some air flow through the motor to make it up.:eek:

Ya, I knew if I didn't make top 3 at the start I would be done for. I got pushed wide and ended up going into the woods in 9th. Not only is Traci fast---She is also one of the smartest racers out there and a great friend to have on the track while you are out there with her. She will help you out when you need it. She isnt like most of the women. She will actually pull over and let you around. That is if your fast enough to catch up to her!

Holly chit, I better lay off the donuts. Those side shots are killers, good thing I was not sitting sideways on my Raptor, would have never cleared the trees.

well i need to meet some members form around my area(missouri). most the people i ride with are pretty lame ***. My only competition is from a friend on a blaster but the only place he keeps up is in long drag races . He just gets blown away in the woods and thinks the hill climbs and wheelies i do are crazy.:( :D
