I only get spark when I let up on the start button, while it is turning over there is none, as soon as I let up on it it sparks once. I tried it with a charger on the battery, I tried a different CDI, and cheched the Diodes. Any ideas?

Coil? I've heard they can go bad.

new plug, test coil, and check all connections+clean. If it's not that, I'm willing to bet the stator is going out the window....
