PC on nerfs

Pappy, what prep work is nessesary to PC Nerfs? We want to PC the nerfs of Kelseys locally threw a freind,they are used not new.
Also, you think the Stealth black would be good for the nerfs?

media blast them, phosphate coat them (thats my prefernce but not mandatory) then coat
