300ex Plastic

Hey all, Can anyone help me out. I have a 300ex with bad plastics and I've looked on ebay for replacements but they are so expencive.
I found plastic for a 2006 400ex with the headlight mounted in the nose. With some mods will this fit my 300ex?

You need to make a couple brackets and drill a couple holes in the plastic to mount it on the frame. The lights are easy to do.
