I have one on my 450 and really like it. I don't know if I will pass any sound checks, but I still really like the tone and the power. I heard the new pipe will be more of a top end pipe.

My friend has one and loves it.. If you want another idea dasa is making a super good pipe also.. And for the same money.. The dasa dyno's one horse better than the rossier if you are looking for every little bit...............

Does anybody know how a sparks pipe compares to the Dasa and Rossier?

cals400ex

on my bike i felt the sparks pipe had more bottom end power than both the rossier and dasa. it ran similar to the rossier up top but it wasn't as good as the dasa mid-top.

two stock bikes one with the rossier, one with a sparks, had one bike lenght on the sparks by the end of the drag in a block race! Dont know about the CRAP-A, sorry dasa, but people i race with dont think they are as fast my bike but i got more the them, but said they think the are about the same. which brand you like best, a guy who is shardy, not going their, or a guy who will answer all you questions and help you out. I would rather help the little guys out before the high and mighty ones!

you cant compare different bikes. they all run different. different tires, gearing, throttle cable adjustments, weights of the overall bike, jettting, mods, etc. that isn't even including the conditions of the bearings, chain, oils you run in the bike, clutch, etc

Well considering im 100lbs heavier then Luke, who was on the other quad, and we got pretty much the same bike, as far as tires and etc, i feel its close.
Not taking anything away from the sparks, i owned one before my Rossier, its a good pipe, but falls alittle short next to the Rossier for my riding, and style!

its one of the thread, his rossier looks nice and well made. is it very loud? becuase we have noise restrictions in OZ now (really sucks) its at 102db now but its goin to 98db next year, i need a good quiet pipe!

Rossiers are not the loudest on the market, but they have a bark thats enough to let folks know your piped:p

Id suggest calling Joe @Rossier and asking him what the db levels are these days and what theyve done for quiet cores etc.

My Rossier kicked major assage:cool:

all you have to do is order the supertrapp endcap and the pipe will meet the 98db sound limit. It also adds 1hp on the top end too according to joe at rossier

brads right! I made the 99db limet all year with it on mine, brad can speak for me on that one!

Yea im gonna stick with 05's i had a 06 at the beginning of the season but it was an ER and it was JUNK ...

i wouldnt mind having a 06 Kicker just NO e-start.

but with Joe@Rossier building my new 05 up ill prolly just stick with the 05's

Dave400ex

My rossier!! Im switching to a brushed can soon.

The pipe preforms amazing, i love the top end and i dont notice the pipe being too weak in the bottom end.

Next week im putting a hotcam stage 2 into her and ill see what she can do after that!!

So what's going to make the Rossier so much better than the Dasa? What are the options for the Rossier is it polished?...or?

Joe is shooting to make more HP everywere than the dasa. This takes time to find the right combo of core size and tail section diameter.
