its very hard to give setup tips without knowing what the bike is doing and watching it work. plus everyone like a diffenet feel out of their shocks. but i think you will need a lot of rebound dampening, take off some preload, and bump up the compression. and again, u need to run the bike over the jumps and see what its doing to know what to do. report back after your day and i can probly help you more.

why do i need to put alot of rebound? wouldn't that make me bounce around alot? like there is only one whoop section and a rytm section at my track but there only like 50 yrds long well maybe shorter than that

im sorry for the confusion. when i say alot i mean a lot of dampening. so that means crank the reabound dampening up so the shock takes more time to return to full extention.

so on the stock shocks that would mean turn the damping down so that it takes long right not up

no, lol. acctualy you would trun the rebiound to the right (up) to make the shocks stay compressed longer.
