I need some help getting the used 39fcr jetted real close before I try starting my new motor the first time.

I have a 400ex with a powroll stroker, 11:1 440 wiseco, and a 450/451 web cam with a duncan ported head with oversize valves. where should my jetting be at?:D

thanks for the help guys.

since your at sea level I would go with a 45 pilot and a 175 to 178 main

to be safe i would start with a 185 jet, i woudl rather have my engine runnign fat during breakin rather than lean. Um runnign a 180 in mine and its a 440 stroker so....

okay thanks. Is it possible to replace the twin cable (push-pull)set-up with a cable to reuse my stock thumb throttle?

i would go larger on the main.

on my 426, with a 41mm FCR i run a 55 pilot and a 180 main. after pulling the plug, jetting is absolutly perfect, electrode is a nice cocoa brown color.

i would try a 185 or so MJ, pilot should be fine
