as for the stem it is brand spankin new never been on a atv just in packaging ive got the frame guards packaged up and ready to go

yea shipping is gonna be pricey to you though if you buy the rims you have to buy the tires no seperating no other person buyin the tires if you only want the rims buy the rim/tire and sell the tires to someone else the tires ran me 160 a couple months ago i dont really have to sell cuz i can run em on the 300 but make me an offer

standard travel 16in for a 400ex they were bought a few months ago they are no rezzie i have 2 sets im keeping the rezzie set in case i dont sell it
