Due to blowing a couple head gaskets in my 440ex I put in some HD studs. Is it necessary to recheck the torque after a ride or two?

Thanks

If you used a steelflex head gasket you should not need to as long as you torqued them right the first time. The steel flex gaskets retain the torque value set on them.

Thanks for the feedback. I am going to take the safe route because this has been making a serious dent in my riding time.
