whats wrong with the frames on the 03.mine keeps braking.allready broke twice.this is a concern of mine.if it keeps braking my buddy said he would give me a good deal on a trade for his banshee.

have you tried gusseting the frame?

Get a gusset kit from rath or make your own. You could also buy a used 05 > frame and use that.

exactly where is it breaking? The 03 predator's were notorious for breaking up by the upper motor mount. They fixed the problem with the 04 frame by welding the motor mount instead of welding a bolt hole in the frame. I don't know for sure but I think the original design heat stressed the upper frame. If you have ridden with the upper frame rails cracked it could lead to more stress cracks from the the frame twisting. I just replaced my 03 frame this year but it has 3 yrs of XC racing on it. I cracked both upper frame rails, front shock mounts, bolt hole for pivot bolt and the lower rear cross mount. All welded and held good.

im not the smallist person to ever ride i quad.will a gusset kit hold up.
