Here is the flyer for the event. This will be our first annual. The riding area is only going to open for this day because of the reclamation work that has been taking place. Come join us for a day of fun.

It is coming up in a few more weeks. Should be a great time for a great cause. For all of you that remember the entrance off of 1200S come in from that direction. If you aren't sure just follow the directions on the flyer.

Please make sure you have your OHV Registration.

If you have sent it off and you haven't gotten it back please send me your name and phone number that you put on your registration form and I can see about getting it pushed through for you before the event is here.

Out of State Registration will be accepted and if you live in a state that does not require registrations and don't ride your ATV/Motorcycle for over 20 days a year you will not need registration. Also if you have your bill of sell you have 31 days till before a registration is required.

Interlake Riding Area Rules

1.) Be Courteous to all users. Please shut off engines when approaching horseback riders!!!

2.) No Littering. Pack it in, Pack it out!

3.) Stay out of restricted areas and obey all signs posted.

4.) Parking in designated area as instructed.

5.) Everyone who enters the Interlake Riding Area must sign in and obtain a daily use permit. Users must also check out when leaving the property.

6.) All visitors must sign a release of liability waiver and all vehicle operators must show a photo ID that verifies proof of age.

7.) No alcoholic beverages and/or drugs are allowed on the property. All vehicles are subject to search.

8.) Visitors must comply with all DNR property rules and Indiana off-road vehicle laws. All vehicles must be registered. Out of state registrations will be honored.

9.) Entry onto property is authorized only during posted hours of operation. The valid daily permit must be in the vehicle operator’s possession at all times.

10.) No camping, hunting, fishing, swimming or diving during this event.

11.) SUV* operators must possess a valid drivers license. Any other ORV operator under the age of 16 must be directly supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian.

12.) Vehicles shall not be operated without use of listed safety equipment:


• All off-road vehicles must have functioning spark arrestors and mufflers. No tire chains or studded tires.
• Helmets and over-the-ankle boots are required at all times for all ATV and dirt bike riders.
• Seatbelts are required to be used by all vehicle operators and occupants and overhead/rollbar protection is required for all occupants in the vehicle, SUV.*
• Passengers are not allowed on ATV's or dirt bikes. Unless the ATV is designed to carry more than one passenger.
• Vehicles may only be operated in designated areas and must stay on trails. Please do not blaze a new path.

13.) Scratches are probable, please travel trails at your own risk. DNR, Lincoln Country Trail Riders, or Boonie Riders are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen equipment.

*SUV means a Jeep, pick-up, Hummer, dune buggy and other licensed or street legal vehicles. Violations of these rules will be cause for law enforcement action and may include ejection from the property in addition to any associated fines or penalties.

14.) Incase of emergency call #911 any non life threatening emergency please call DNR Law Enforcement District HQ 812-789-9538. Pike County Sheriff Office (812)354-6024. Warrick County Sheriff Office (812) 897-6180

15.) Parking Area and Road Speed Limit 15 mph. No Donuts in gravel or racing up and down the roads. Be cautious when exiting trails on to roadways and at all intersections
