Check his feedback. I won an auction years back, (set of Blackhawk ratchet wrenches) $113.00 Paid, traded a few emails, never recieved it. I was the first of about 8 people who were burned by this crackhead. Did you pay through Paypal, Ebay? Years back they couldn't help me, but they offer reembursment (sp) Ebay,Paypal can probably help you out. Worth an email to them both.
