need more speed

alright give me any solutions to my problem i need more top end speed alright here we go when i first got my 400ex it toped out at 75 stock now it barly does 63 and ive modifyed it with the stuff in my sig 450r carb exhaust not air box shorter ir tube to carb right jetting now im thinking about going with a cam or stroking the motor but want to stay a way from boring cuz i want a reliable ride so send me any thing i can do for speed 80 and above. needs to be somthing thats not going to cost a bunch tho i hit top speed now in less than 100ft. so lets get some good answers

I'm pretty sure a stock 400 tops out at 65 to 68. but with those mods you should be running a full exhaust and probably a stage 2 cam. Also have you gotten new tires? I noticed with my razor 2's due to the extra wieght i lost some top end.

when it was stock exept a k&n filter it toped out at 73.8 on a gps and im thinking about getting a stroker kit a high comp piston headers and a god mid range and top end cam
