just started my emt program, and in need of a little help.....can someon explain to me the path the blood takes from the heart around the body....including valve names etc.......

I think on the hearts intake stroke it pulls blood and oxygen through the intake valve and then fills the combustion chamber with the mixture.Once it reaches top dead center on the compression stroke then the pacemaker fires and pushes the spent gasses out of the exaust port and into the expansion chamber.............of the left ventricle.You may want to do a google search on it to make sure though ;) :p

How come you're asking this on here? Don't you have medical books for class? Your best bet is to go to your local library and find a book on it. I sure wouldn't want to take a test and get all the answers wrong because some guy on an atv site told me the wrong info.:ermm:
