I tried several different i got the best feel and luck out of the stock clutvh plates with hd springs.Homda makes a clutch lit for $126.00
new fibers and steels comes with gasket and sprongs i however purchasase Hd springs which are around $20.00
honda part #06001-hn1-000 400ex
06001-hp1-000 for the 450r price is a touch more for the 450r

i have had one for 4 months no no problems. i just took my engine apart for the rebuild and they still look new. i would also get the HD springs!

but i will say that OEM clutches r the the best so i would get those w/ the HD springs.
