I just wanted to warn everyone...Instead of buyin a new base gasket i used some gasket maker, which got into and created a blockage in the oil stream....I pretty badly scraped up my NEW bore and piston and wore the stock honda cam pretty good as well.... I know alot of you do this to either save $ or decrease the deck hieght but, you may want to think again or at least be very careful...

not true at all. you can cheep out, but the less money you spend should = more time it takes to get it done.

Ex, instead of using gasket maker, cut out a gasket out of gasket material. More time, cheep,
