I think the only upset will be in the BC vs Fl St game.

My picks for the top 25:

Indiana at (1) Ohio St. - Ohio St by 28 pts. Indiana's defense gives up too many yds/g
Iowa at (2) Michigan - Michigan by 28pts. Iowa does not defend the pass very well
(4) West Virginia at Connecticut - WVU by 35pts. UConn will get trampled by WVU's running game
(5) Texas at (17) Nebraska - Texas by 7pts. This will be a good defensive game
(6) Louisville at Syracuse - Louisville by 42pts. All I can say is "Bull in a china store!!"
Alabama at (7) Tennessee - Tennessee by 10pts. Good SEC matchup
Tulane at (8) Auburn - Auburn by 48pts. It's homecoming! Nobody schedules a tough team for HC!!
UCLA at (10) Notre Dame - Notre Dame by 14pts. Unless the defenses scores a lot UCLA will not produce many points.
Washington at (11) California - California by 21pts. Washington's defense will get hammered by Cal's passing game.
(13) Georgia Tech at (12) Clemson - Clemson by 7 pts. Should be the game of the week.
Fresno St. at (14) LSU - LSU by 48pts. The has to be a Homecoming game
Mississippi at (15) Arkansas - Arkansas by 42pts. Mississippi will get overwhelmed by the Arkansas running game.
(16) Oregon at Washington St. - Oregon by 21pts. Wash St has the potential to score pts but their defense will get battered.
(18) Boise St. at Idaho - Boise St by 28pts. Boise St will use their running game to win this one.
(19) Rutgers at Pittsburgh - Rutgers by 17pts. Rutger's stingy defense should be able to control this game with ease.
Colorado at (20) Oklahoma - Oklahoma by 35pts. Colorado's chances of winning will end as soon as they suit up.
(21) Wisconsin at Purdue - Wisconsin by 28pts. Purdue's inability to defend the pass is their weak link.
(22) Boston Coll. at Florida St. - Fl St by 14pts. Good ACC matchup! Fl St will pull off an upset.
(23) Texas A&M at Oklahoma St. - TAMU by 21 pts. TAMU will control OK ST's passing game and hold on for the win.
Kansas St. at (24) Missouri - Missouri by 31pts. K St's defense has allowed more TD's than their offense has made.

There is no freakin' way Wisconsin will beat Purdue by 28 points...

I most definately agree! Did you watch Purdue last week? They're on a roll and getting better every week. They're going to beat Wisconsin. You'll see......

Calm down people! Purdue's defense gives up more than 400yards per game while Wisconsin's offense averages 390+yards per game. That combo of stats lays heavily in Wisconsin's favor. Purdue relies heavily on it's passing game I think Wisconsin will shut them down. The spread probably will not be 28 points but Wisconsin will prevail.

I do not follow the team's outside of the SEC and ACC that close so I am basing my picks and point spreads off of team stat comparisons.

Lastweek Purdue played NW. Most 6A high school teams can beat NW this season. :blah:

As a Purdue grad, I gotta back my Boilers. Wisconsin could easily prevail, just not by 28 points. Haha very true about Northwestern though.

I think you should rethink your nebraska texas game...... It will be a close game no doubt about it, But im sorry but nebraska is gonna win. Nebraska is alot better team than the nation gives them credit for. If callahan wouldn't have played so stinking safe in the USC game, I beleive that we coulda beat USC honestly.

Oh well this year is for gaining back respect.

GO HUSKERS !
