I got one on cd for $10.00 plus shipping. I dont have paypale a check or money order will work fine. you can pm me cause i might not see if you post in here.

Has every thing you need to know, its on a cd and uses adobe acrobat reader to view it. you can take it to a copy shop and have it turnd into a book for cheap.
