trade 440ex for mx 450r plus cash

i am lookin to trade my 2003 440ex for a mx ready 450r plus some cash (if you are interested and you have a 450r that is not mx ready still let me know and will see if we can work something out). let me know if your interested and what you have please. my 440 is pretty much stock except for the engine work, its a great bike for the trails and to just go out and ride. it has the following :

450r carb, k&n air filter

duncan racing :
camshaft
valves
valve springs
hardend rockers
and rev box

big gun head pipe

moose bars

nerfs

i am proabaly for getting some things but if you are interested let me know, this is a fast bike and keeps up great with 450's...let me know what yous think ...thanks
