I have a 06 yfz 450, with k&n intake, and a yoshi pipe, i CANNOT figure out what jets to run, the quad seems to run good on every jet i put in but it shoots flame out the exhaust, i was told anywhere between a 162-170 main and a 42 pilot. And help would be awesome!! thanks:D

what is your elevation.

I would say that sounds a little lean to me, assuming your near sea level I'd start out at 172-175 on the main & a 45-48 piloit
2-2.5 turns on the fuel screw & the needle in the 4th clip if you have an adjusable needle

68 is way too rich a piloit

oops my bad, for some reason i keep thinking 168 as a main, so i say 68 for pilot. I mean a 48 pilot.

From what I have gathered, 168 main Lid off, 45-48 pilot 3rd clip and 2 turns should get you close...Im still sorting mine out but this shoud be a good starting point...
