First you need a belt to drive the SC. They do make a turbo but it isn't very economical compared to an NA motor.

yep, i've never seen a super, but i did stumble onto this while investigating turbos for my mustang:

I was shocked they make a kit for it. But good luck.

They don't. But it's not impossible. They do make realitively small superchargers for Harley V-Twins that run directly off of the crankshaft.
IMHO a Supercharger fits ATV's 100x better than turbos do.
Less exposed parts, smaller, lighter, more bottom end grunt, can be used with a carburator... etc..

Dang, I'd like to see what that would do with a built motor, 440ex or something
Or imagine it on a built 450r that's already make +-50 HP!!!

Actually about 2 or 3 years ago there was a supercharged 400ex on ebay, someone posted it on here. Anyone else remember it?
there is a custom turbo 440ex on ebay now

I know this is an old post but I was thinking about how a guy converted his 400ex to kickstart and eliminated starter drive for weight but what if a person was to weld the one way bearing and remove starter and make a shaft to drive a supercharger. It would be phenomenal.
I should patent that

no. and a turbo kit is crap for what it cost. If you want to spend money buy a kit from ct racing they will get you to about 50hp. But if you want high hp your better off making it a hybrid. Years ago I got a east coast atv race engine for $1300 and a welder put the engine in for $270. I had the mid 50s hp.
