nope because it uses linkage and it probly doesn't fit.

I think I have heard of people doing this too. Try doing a search on it, and see what comes up.

the banshee swingarm does not fit on a blaster.

I think the banshee works on the warrior but the blaster is kind of small. I don't really know but you can ask some of the yamaha folks at www.Bluetraxx.com

yes the banshee swingarm can work on a blaster BUT the swingarm pivot area will need to be cut out for the motor mount(rear).Tabs can be welded on the frame for linkage or a linkless setup could be done.;)

Thanks, It sound allitle more complicated than I thought. I was pretty sure that most other parts would be innerchangeable, I just did'nt know if the swing arm was.. By the way, what about the A-arms?

No,im pretty sure the a arms are different. The axles are the only things that will swap out directly.

are the banshee axles wider?

depending on the year. 03+ year blasters the banshee axles (any year) will be a direct swap because they use the same type of carrier/brakes. the 02 and older year blasters you either need to do some machine work, or update your entire carrier/brake system.

and yes, the banshee axles are approximately 3.5 inches wider (+1.75 on each side. barely shorter than a +4 axle)

also, i wouldn't bother with the banshee swingarm. it's possible, but not worth your time. you won't gain much but a few extra inches that could be added with half the hassle.

yeah, ive heard of some people doing the banshee swingarm swap. but it is more work than needed.

banshee shocks work great on blasters too

250r and 400ex shocks mount to the rear with some small mods.
the swinger would be a waist of time because theres no mount for the motor. and yes banshee shocks will work but doesnt make a big difference.

do you know if the warrior and banshee axles are interchangeable/ I would think so being they use the same carrier aswell, but is the banshee still wider than the warrior?

i'm not 100% sure, but looking at the way they're built/designed/crafted/whatever they look about the same. same as the new blaster axles on the 03+ too. i'm going to guess they are.

and yes, the banshee is still wider than the warrior. i think the warrior is like having a +1.75 on a blaster? or something like that.

i think it will because if i remeber my axle said banshee, blaster, warrior, raptor on the box
