A little help?

I have an 04 450r. It has a slip on FMF and a k&n filter. It runs great but i would like to get a little more out of it, a little bit more "**** & git" can anyone give me suggestions on what to do with it without getting into alot of motor work?. Thanx

Rejet it first if you haven't already. Ditch the airbox lid if you haven't and rejet. You can also purchase the HRC kit to give it a little more ooomph.

I put a HotCams stage 1 camshaft in my 04 450r with good results. Well worth the $150.

thanks. I was gonna put a cam in it but didnt know if i should go that route...same with a heavier flywheel.

the heavyer flywheel takes away the snap from the motor but smooths out the power. i would do a cam and go one tooth down in the front sproket.

ok. that sounds like a good idea. thanks alot. I know a heavier flywheel will take away from the bottom end snap, but what does a lighter flywheel do for it?
