question guys, I have an 03 EX with a set of maier race cut plastics, can I get a hood to fit these plastics or will I have to modify something to fit, I have tried searching around the internet but only find hoods made for stock plastics.

Quadtech and maier hoods will fit...

....but when dealing with maier, it's all about modification;)
