I have a 2004 Z400. Owens motorsports built the motor, it has a 92mm bore which according to Baldwin motorsports is the safest step up from a stock bore. It has the new hotcams- intake and exhaust, ported and polished, wiseco 12:5-1 piston, full yoshi exhaust, pro-flo filter kit and dyno jetted.
Baldwin built my suspension, which includes PEP ZPS front shocks and PEP ZPS rebuilt rear shock and a PEP shock linkage, PEP steering stabilizer. Stock swingarm (which is practically the only item that is stock) and JB Racing +2" a-arms.
Lonestar reinforced and gusseted frame.
4-1 offset front rims, std. offset rear rims with I-razrs on all 4 wheels.
G-Force axle
steel braided brake lines- front and back
Houser +2" taller steering stem
Maier silver plastic
IMS radiator
skid plates, bling star front bumper, a.c. nerf bars and grab bar
pro-design oil filter cover- polished aluminum.
pro-design water pump (not installed yet because the stock one isnt broke)
Dynatek Ignition

As far as maitanence goes, I always change the oil every other time I ride my quad and clean the air filter. Some people say thats ridiculous, but I consider this a easy way to keep my quad from breaking down.

It runs very strong, Its easily able to keep up with the 450s.
The plastic has some scratches and the bottom a-arms have some scratches too, however it would be impossible to have those "areas" scratch free, unless you never rode your quad.

I have a lot of money invested in this quad and it is paid off, with a clear title.

A partial trade: money & a completely stock trx450r is a possibility.

I have pay-pal, however I'd rather do business up front. I could deliever my quad to the buyer depending on the length of the drive.
