Got my PC wheels, need help on mounting

Hi Pappy,

I got my wheels back from you and they look great, but I am having problems getting my new gncc's mounted. I have all the tire tools need to mount and break beads, but I just can't get these beads to seat. The gncc's say not to exceed 35 psi to mount . I have a strap around them and they are not even close to seating. I took a sanding sponge and sand the pc around the bead, but it still doesn't want to go on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have nothing but trouble out of our GNCC's on our front non beadlock hipers.

I put a ton of air in them and let them sit overnight and sprayed the bead down good with wd-40 prior to seating.

Thanks, I'll give that a shot, I have never had this much trouble mounting a tire. I think it may be that rim guard on them.

Thanks for the tip on wd-40, I tired dish soap, but that didn't work. Instead of wd-40 i had some tri-flo, I sprayed i up and it seated with about 25 psi. I'll get some pics up when I get your pc wheels on my quad. Thanks again!
