i am trying to get info on cross country racing in indiana for me and my son, im 36 and my son is 14 and we are both newbies to quads or off road in general...

only Culver race left this year for quads, district 15 also has Grand Prix races that are a mix of motocross and woods that is more open.

LTM has harescrambles and is not too far into IL.

Don't forget the Ironman is this weekend in Crawfordsville, would be a good race to go watch and see how it should be done

Not sure what part of indiana your in but the Midsouth runs in Lynnville this year.

If you and your son are interesting in doing any woods racing Haspen acres in Laurel, IN has one on the weekend to Oct 27 and 28th. it is a team race so you and your boy can run in it. I live just north on Indy and we go down there for a lot of there races. They are great for beginners and they are cheap.

thanks for the info, i am currently in the works on getting my son a quad. then we will get into the hare scrambles. we just sold his 2 smoke yama and trying to get a 300ex. i am so over the unreliable quads
