interchangable axles???????

i got a nice lonstar +4 axle sitting in my garage and was wondering if it would fit the 450r. its for a 250r. i know the 250 and 400 are interchangable so is the 250r and the 450r interchangable. thanks

We used a 400 ex durablue axle in my 450r last year at a national because we bent the LSR one i had in there, so we had to do this last minute. It fit and ran good, but the chain alignment wasn't perfect, so i wouldn't using a 400ex axle as a permanant axle.

alright thanks. yea i know that the 250r and the 400ex are interchangable. so if the 400 dont fit then the 250r wont fit. thanks for the help

I have read some that you sould put a 400 axle in a 450 if you used a 400 bearing carrier. Do a search on the subject.
