I'm trying to find a 16/37 combo for my 05 but I can't find anywhere on the net that has these sizes sprockets, do they not make them or are they that rare or something?

Nacs rears for the 400ex go all the way down to 33T. Their fronts probably go up to 16 too. or you could save money and just go really low on the rear and keep the front stock..

all I know is im wanting to add more top end to my quad and I was told that a 16/37 combo is the best way to go for the way I ride.

paste this part number into the blank for catalog part number on Rocky Mountain's home page and it should take you to a Renthal 16-tooth front.

oops, didn't see that you have a 2005. Looks like the one I posted only fits through 2004.

I believe the stock front sprocket from 1999 - 2004 was a 15T, and for 2005 they changed it to a 14T, so there may be some differences.

The 04 and 05 sprokets are different in how they mount so beware when you buy a new one to make sure its not for an 04 if you have the 05...

You might check with the guys that make Sidewinder Chains and Sprockets. I've had them on a couple machines over the years and been very, very pleased. I'd bet they make a 16T if it will fit. You might give them a call. Link below.
