Ask Chino886: I'm pretty sure he has this exhaust.

I think it is a replica of Dasa with a different end cap.

I do not have this exhaust but I read about it somewhere else. I would like it more if it were polished aluminum.

If it is a DASA replica, I am sure it will be bad arse! :macho

Anybody else heard of these, I tried to order a dasa from everywhere but it was like 3 weeks out. The guy at JH Racing said the Rage was made buy the same people with a different end cap. Mine should be here Friday, I hope It's all It's cracked up to be.

Just b/c the canister looks the same, may even be the same dimensions, you still have to consider the headpipe.

The headpipe diameter, bend location, bend degree's and stacks will be the major determining factor.

hey guys, just thought i would throw in my opinion on this. i know dee manshack personally, and he is a great guy! he built my motor and he is also john natalie's mechanic. he owns rage atv, and every product he puts out is championship quality.

no comment if its a copy, and the dasa pipe is a copy of the rossier with a small tweek, so why not tweek the dasa and make a new pipe? :grr:
Must be nice to have our roommate make my pipes, CRAP-A!

DASA pipe is a copy of the Rossier with a small tweek?

Do you have any information or measurments to back this type of statement up? Have you taken any measurements of the silencer on each? Have you taken any measurements of the head pipes or mid pipes on each? Have you taken any measurments on the angles of bends on each?

Do you own both? Have you used both? Have you extensively tested both?

Please do enlighten us.

The RAGE pipe is manufactured by DASA. Supposedly, RAGE is in the process of testing and all new design header to be sold with the DASA mid section and canister with 'RAGE' endcap.

how do you know this? I just would like to hear that you have heard this from someone reliable.

Also, I def wanna see a dyno on it against the DASA.

Where did you get it from?

oh I never doubted you, I just wanted to check to make sure who I can listen too since I am new to this forum....:p .

It seems like you are one of the knowledgable ones in this forum, so I will be sure to ask my questions to you.

So how much is this pipe selling for? I cant seem to find a website that is acually listing the pipe its self of even a description.

also, so this pipe is just as good as a choice as DASA or Rossier?

Very good question about its performance compared to DASA or RE.. we'll find out as soon as WPPRacing does his dyno test against the DASA... I would expect near similar results with all three of the top performers; so, then it comes down to preference to whom you want to give your money too.

I will be testing it either Friday or Saturday against my DASA.

Claimed db's 99. I didn't get a quite core. It's a lot louder and deeper toned than my HMF slipon.

it was a toss-up for me between the dasa and rossier. my decision was really because the quiet-core setup.

i cant stand the disc style that rossier uses. i rather have the core style. and ive seen a bunch of rossiers around here and i wanted something diff.

I bought mine from Johnny at JH Racing or you can buy direct from Dee at Rage ATV. The dyno results are at www.*******.net and www.trx450r.org
