DG nerf bars 400EX

I found these DG nerf bars on ebay for 189.99 plus 15 s&h this a good deal.

Are these bars any good, compared to say AC racing?

Quality is good. I have the DG Alloy Series on my 400EX and am happy with them. Mine use the stock heel guards. The price looks about right for EBay. Chapparal has them for $227 shipped.
