weird noise

I have 2003 400ex, slip on exhaust, dynojet jet kit, nothing major done to motor, oil is clean and filter is changed. If I rev the motor up and hold it at a certain RPM, or on the way down from the rev i hear a weird noise, not metal on metal, but sort of a a tinny sound ? I dont know how to explain it
