Need Computer HELP!~!!

Guys i really need some help with my other computer...

When i try to shut it down, it goes normally then when it comes to the screen where it says, ''Windows is shutting down...'' it freezes there and doesnt do anything from there

How do i fix this problem so i can shut the computer down properly?

Try going into control panel-preformance and maintaince-power options, and mess around w/ the options.


To ge it off, Try holding the power button down. Or, just unplug the sucker. :D

try defragging or doing a disk cleanup and things lik that
if that doesn't work do a system restor for a couple weeks ago. just back up any recent files u need on a disk or external drive
