Is there supposed to be slop in the compression release valve on the cam?

I installed cams in my machine and it had me a little worried at first....but it can have about that much play in it. Mine had a little noise until it got pumped up with oil after I started it up.

I put in the high compression piston at the same time. Between the two, money well spent! I cant belive that I didnt do it sooner. It hits much harder on the bottom and pulls hard in the mid range. It also revs quicker. I think that I am going to put my Hinson clutch basket and new fibers in before next weekends race.

Come out to millfield this weekend and see it in action!! You guys need to get those machines out on a track. This would be a good one for you to try... You will be hooked after racing one time! Stephanie is going to be there with the 525:)

Hey that might be a great Idea. I could use some time away from reality, lost a brother last week, and need to get away.
