Well , next year I'm looking to join the school lacrosse team..but dont really know the rules,moves...etc.. I play alot, just me and my freind but we dont really do rules lol. Anyway I was just wondering if anyone knows and good sites and/or intructual(sp) videos that teach rules, moves...etc??:ermm:

www.e-lacrosse.com should be able to help you out

or just check out uslacrosse.com i think it is (they run all the high school and youth leagues) or even ncaa will help (although some rules are different than hs and youth)

ridered54 will customize all ur stuff for you...and let me tell you, he is cheap and good...he does everyoe in my school and runs a great business...i suggest working with him if you need your stick or anything customized
