I was offered a 04 Raptor 660 for cheap. Which should I keep, the raptor which is fully stock or my 400 with parts in my signature? I can't decide.

It seems to me the answer would lie in what type of riding you do. No doubt the Raptor is more powerful and faster. It is also heavier and does not handle as well. For woods riding I would take the 400ex. For more open riding and dunes I would probably prefer the Raptor.

Another thing to consider is reliability. While your 400ex is 4 years older, if well maintained I would expect it to be more reliable than the Raptor.

I personally would keep the 400ex because it better fits my style of riding and the reliability and handling are very improtant to me. But if fast is your thing, the Raptor would certainly prevail.

I don't know how much the Raptor is costing you, but assuming it will be more than you could get out of your 400ex, you might just consider some motor mods for a little extra power.

Good luck with the decision.

Well the raptor will only cost $500. I know amazing right? Well it is a friend of mines who bought it a week ago in pieces and it needs a timing chain and oil pump.He doesnt want to fix it because he wants to buy a truck so he only wants $500.

Yeah, what he said. And like I said, the 400ex will be more reliable.
