THE ONE FOR 700.00 HAS NEW TOP END WITH NO HOURS

THE ONE FOR 350.00 HAS A NEW PISTON WITH 5 HOURS OR LESS
STARTED ON FIRST KICK WHEN REMOVED-DOES HAVE WELD ON CASE- COMES WITH KICK AND CASE SAVER

TO OUR KNOWLEDGE NIETHER IS PORTED

Is the case repair to the right or left center case? does the motor leak at the repair?
