just take them all off and I think you can do that when racing but I would just keep them on because they are already short enough for me but try looking around in the forum search because they're alot of post about it

Well we have a little die grinder that we used with a cutting wheel on it but you have to have a Air compreasure to use it. We just taped off the line that we wanted to cut and cut them with it.

alright, my dad has a ton of tools and everything so i bet we have it, but how do you get it perfectly even on both sides? any tips or just do it by eye?

I have race cut fenders for sale for CHEAP if you want them. I really have no use for them, $40shipped. It is JUST the fenders though, as in not attached to anything.

Its just like putting wheels on your car, or sound system.. Some say so they can see there wheels .... I just dont like plastic ... also it makes the bikes look like dumbo...

Thanks Ghott......

Boogie is got a couple things under the hood...
14.1 Baldwin
Port & Polish w/ KW valves and KW heavy duty springs.
HC3
ESR Pro pipe
K&N with no airbox

oh and I almost forgot 20 shot of juice.....

The swinger is +4 soon to get replaced by a +6. Its a TDub swingarm I believe the url is TDubracing.com they are made very durable and very affordable... they have three diffrent versions...

Drag swinger (very light) only for straight lines
Duner swinger not as light as the drag but very strong.
I forgot what the other one is called but its very durable with gusets....

I've seen you guys talking about the HC3 on the ORG...it makes me want to try one out very bad!

But...DASA exhaust is my next step...maybe a HC3 for the build next summer :).

Honestly, You dont have to sand them "Carefully," as long as you have a blow torch. Grab some rough sand paper and sand away until you have your desired line, wipe the shavings aways and hit it with the torch. To Cut the fenders, I used a dewalt Cordless Sawzall with a fine metal blade in it, cut the fenders like butter!
