does not idle when cold

2005 YFZ450 does not idle when cold. Have changed the jets does this affect this problem?

You've got to fatten the jets (bigger when it gets cold) also turn up the idle on the carb.

I run a DRD slip-on, no-lid in Minnesota and use a 162 main jet in warm weather, 165 in cold. YZ450F needle on 4th or 5th slot from bottom.

YFZ's take a lot of experimentation on jetting. Hopefully you have a buddy to help out.

Turn up the idle a bit,if that doesnt work turn your fuel screw out a bit.;)
