Handlebar height

Im getting some 1 1/8" Pro Tapers and Im wondering what the highest bend of bars I can get without overstretching the cables. I will be using the Pro Taper universal mounts. Thank you very much.

I used the pro taper 1 1/8 adaptor and there CR-Hi bend bars, that's about the limit.
